E-Learning Specialist/ Online Learning Instructional Designer

We have an exciting, rare opportunity for someone to join our Training Team at our HQ in Surbiton. We're looking for a forward-thinking e-Learning specialist to build and deploy impactful online courses to join our Training team. As part of the role, you will be applying insightful and practical learning theory principles to design effective online learning experiences, delivered for our worldwide employees via our Learning Management System. Responsibilities
Design and deliver online-based learning course content that captivates and resonates with the learners. Utilize e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate 360, Vyond, and Camtasia. Manage Learning Management Systems, ideally Access LMS. Apply learning theory principles to enhance the learner experience. Engage in project management and liaise with various stakeholders. Innovate and test new learning methodologies to drive engagement and success. Maintain a strong sense of visual design principles and attention to detail. Collaborate as a team player with a positive and professional demeanor. Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively. Qualifications
3-5 years’ experience as an instructional designer and/or eLearning creator. Recognized qualification in training such as CIPD. Bachelor's Degree in Instructional Design or Education. Experience with graphic design and multimedia development.
