What will you be doing: • Conduct market research, develop technical reports, and support industry-leading projects in the energy sector, net zero transition & asset management. • Engage with clients and stakeholders to understand and address their unique challenges. • Collaborate in cross-functional team settings and provide insights on energy and electricity industry topics. • Have the potential to rotate across different teams across the business. Who are we looking for: • Degree in any Engineering or STEM related field. • Strong analytical skills with a passion for problem-solving, sustainability, and innovation. • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with interest in market research and technical reporting. Our Recruitment Process: • Step 1: Application Submission – CV and Screening Questions. • Step 2: Phone Interview – A short 15-30 minute call to ensure role match and suitability. • Step 3: Assessment Centre – In-person assessment centre comprising individual and team-based tasks. • Step 4: Decision/Feedback - You will receive feedback regardless of the outcome.
