This successful Private Equity business is seeking a level-headed, well-presented superstar C-suite EA / Operations Manager to keep this retail / real estate equity specialist in check and running smoothly. The successful candidate would be working primarily for the CEO, but also looking after the wider needs of their small but heavy-hitting team. This is a really interesting role with a lot of exposure, so excellent experience is required, and someone who is capable of managing all the requirements needed for monthly board meetings. They would like corporate experience preferably from a property retail background and in a similarly fast-paced environment. Microsoft suite expertise, particularly in PowerPoint, is an essential requirement. Duties include but are not limited to: Diary management Expenses Point of contact for office space Office administrator (IT issues, deliveries, stationery orders, etc.) Point of contact for key contacts Manage filing system Maintain / monitor business calendar for events / meetings / assist with preparation Act as key point of contact for meeting / travel logistics for Board members Manage production of quarterly business report Coordinate board meetings Manage and circulate materials for Board meetings Coordinate meeting minutes Salary: £50 - 70K + disc bonus & healthcare Hours: Full time, 9.00am to 5.30pm Based: Central London (4 days office & WFH with additional flexibility)
