We are seeking a highly experienced Executive Assistant to provide top-level support to the CEO of a leading company in the maritime industry. This newly created position offers the opportunity to make it your own while working in a dynamic environment, alongside a highly collaborative and supportive EA team. Key Responsibilities: Manage complex diaries, schedules, and itineraries with precision. Coordinate domestic and international travel, including private charters and visas, ensuring seamless plans across time zones. Act as a gatekeeper, professionally managing communication, emails, and calls. Organise business and private appointments with exceptional attention to detail. Prepare and proofread documents and presentations to the highest standard. Collaborate closely with the Private PA and Household Staff to ensure seamless alignment and efficient execution. The successful candidate will be an ambassador for the CEO, bringing: Outstanding people skills, impeccable attention to detail, and a proactive, forward-thinking mindset. A loyal, discreet, and adaptable personality with the confidence to hit the ground running and build trust. Proven experience in senior EA roles with demonstrated longevity in previous positions. The ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment. A team-player attitude, combined with a solutions-oriented approach and exceptional professionalism.
