Executive Assistant to the CEO – Luxury Fashion Location: London, UK – 5 days in the office and on call About the Role Are you a polished, proactive, and experienced Executive Assistant looking to step into the glamorous world of luxury fashion? We are seeking a highly organized and adaptable individual to support the CEO of a globally renowned luxury fashion house. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with a visionary leader, where you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of their professional life. Key Responsibilities Executive Support: Manage a dynamic and demanding diary, ensuring the CEO’s time is optimized for maximum impact. Travel Coordination: Organize complex international travel arrangements, ensuring smooth itineraries and last-minute adjustments as needed. Stakeholder Management: Serve as a key point of contact for high-profile clients, board members, and internal teams, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism. Meeting Coordination: Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action points to ensure timely completion. Project Management: Support the CEO on ad hoc projects, presentations, and research with precision and creativity. Personal Assistance: Provide light personal support, such as managing personal appointments and overseeing special events. What We’re Looking For Experience: Proven experience as an Executive Assistant at the C-suite level, preferably within luxury fashion, retail, or a creative industry. Discretion & Professionalism: Absolute discretion in handling confidential information with a polished and professional demeanor. Attention to Detail: Exceptional organizational skills with a meticulous eye for detail in every task. Proactivity: A self-starter who anticipates needs and finds solutions independently. Interpersonal Skills: Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels.
