EA to High Profile Luxury Brand - West End (hybrid when boss travels) An exciting opportunity for a top multi-tasking EA with excellent travel and logistics skills to join this world-famous brand and support their charming and globe-trotting Director. There is a big international aspect to this role, so you will be well-versed with time zones, connections, and have a good international overview. The boss travels extensively, allowing for quite a bit of work from home (not in the probation period). We are looking for a degree-standard PA who loves a busy and interesting day, is solution-driven, and focused. Supporting this dynamic and constantly traveling senior executive in the high-profile luxury industry, your day will be busy and varied. You should be well-spoken and presented, sleek and sophisticated in your presentation and style, as this is an ambassadorial role at times, and you will sometimes be the face of the company. Liaising with UHNW clients and high-profile individuals, you will be confident and charming and at ease with individuals of all levels. A top level of written and spoken English is essential. An understanding of marketing and representation of the company is a plus. You will excel at top diary management, complex travel itineraries, time zones, and keeping one step ahead. Your attention to detail must be excellent, and you should be willing to take responsibility for getting this charming and time-poor executive ahead of schedule and prepared. 3 years+ as a PA in luxury goods, high profile, UHNW, or a fast-paced similar industry is needed. Clear communication skills and willingness to support out of hours now and again are essential. Fabulous offices and team. Benefits + bonus.
