Supporting MD and small team in busy role! Extensive diary management, frequently handling schedule conflicts. Global travel arrangements, planning detailed itineraries. Regular client liaison, coordinating client lunches and events. Coordinating closing dinners and offsites. Processing expenses. Working in a close-knit collaborative team of EAs. Can work from home 1 day. The skills you need to bring:
