Responsibilities

Develop people and appropriate staffing of all projects with assignment of roles and responsibilities. Plan and allocate resources for projects, tools, hardware, etc., and ensure deployment as per targets. Periodically evaluate all projects to ensure team readiness and capabilities. Support in department level business planning activities. Associate Development via the available instruments. Plan appropriate competency development, approve training for group members. Ensure competence & efficiency within the team. Manage related JOEM customer project SW Development on time, on cost, on quality. Support team in problem solving. Minimum Requirements

Bachelor or master’s degree in Electrical, Electronics or in Automotive Engineering. 10+ years of experience, including 4+ years in the automotive industry (SW development experience) & 2+ years leadership experience. Good engineering sense, fast technical understanding & high quality mindset. Familiar with automotive engineering process & quality system including comprehensive knowledge on automotive and safety standards (e.g., ISO16949, ASPICE, ISO26262, etc.). Good communication skills & experience with international engineering set-up. Significant experience in embedded SW development. Positive leadership and capability to lead a team of ~ 10-20 employees / Good Team Leadership and Team development experience. Good strategic thinking. Excellent English both in oral and written.
