Provide tailored support to early additional language learners, including asylum seekers, addressing both emotional and academic needs. Deliver high-quality instruction and support, including the language of the curriculum, to EAL new arrivals. Foster a sense of belonging and inclusion for students, supporting their integration into the school and community. Essential Skills and Experience
A genuine heart for the students and their success. Deep understanding of the needs of asylum seekers and other vulnerable EAL learners. Fluency in a community language is highly desirable.
