EAL Teaching Assistant | Primary School |Immediate Start | Haringey

Specialist EAL teaching assistant role within a primary school in Haringey to start immediately.

The role will be working in a large primary school with a significant and well-resourced SEN provision. The school caters for a large proportion of EAL children and is now looking for an EAL specialist to join the team starting in September

  • Working across Early Years, KS1 and KS2
  • 1:1, intervention group work and in class support
  • Work with a very well trained and dynamic team within a supportive environment
  • Long Term role to start as soon as possible for the whole academic year

Ideally the school is looking for a Teaching Assistant with previous training or education in the field of EAL. It is also essential that applicants are strong team-players, pro-active and enthusiastic, bringing to the post lots of ideas for progressing the education of EAL children.
