Are you looking to balance your current private practice/work commitments in an Affiliate role with a leading UK EAP Provider? Do you want to be part of a Network of Freelance Clinicians working together and supporting each other to create the highest quality, largest and most innovative mental health service in the UK? At HealthHero, we are increasing our Network of Associate Affiliate Counsellors due to a period of growth, and can offer flexibility to see Clients at times that work for you. We would especially like to hear from any Counsellors who might have experience on delivering Mental Health training and Critical Incident Responders. HealthHero's Mental Health Services are now an integral support for many successful organisations. We work across various industry sectors, providing positive cultures, innovation, value for money and the highest quality standards. One in four people in the UK will suffer from issues related to their mental health at some point in their lives. Whether these issues are work-related or from life outside, HealthHero provides a compassionate, proactive approach and exemplary clinical expertise. We are an EAP and offer a range of psychological solutions to our Customers who include Banks, Retail, Global Airlines, Insurance and Health Services. We work with a Network of experienced Clinicians across the UK, our service is bespoke to the individual Client. We focus on Brief Therapy and offer our Client’s Employees a telephone helpline which is operated by experienced Clinicians who will provide a complete Case Summary and Risk Assessment. Responsibilities:

Face to face and remote Counselling Provide contracted counselling and manage own caseload Minimum Requirements:

BACP/UKCP/NCS (or equivalent)

registered Counsellor Level 4 Diploma qualification in Counselling Minimum 450 hours

post-qualification, supervised client hours IT Skills including proficiency using Microsoft Systems as well as electronic clinical record systems Varied and diverse clinical experience to draw upon For those who want to be a Critical Incident Responder, they need to be CISM trained Benefits:

Onboarding Training prior to first case placement Online portal 24/7 support for Risk Cases Referrals will be provided with brief case assessment details Access to ongoing support for every aspect of the work from various Teams Opportunities for Critical Incident Responders who hold CISM certification Fees will be agreed at recruitment stage. (Note payment terms are 30 days from the end of the month the case was closed in).
