At HealthHero, we are increasing our Network of Associate Affiliate Counsellors due to a period of growth, and can offer flexibility to see Clients at times that work for you. We would especially like to hear from any Counsellors who might have experience on delivering Mental Health training and Critical Incident Responders.

We are an EAP and offer a range of psychological solutions to our Customers who include Banks, Retail, Global Airlines, Insurance and Health Services. We work with a Network of experienced Clinicians across the UK, our service is bespoke to the individual Client. We focus on Brief Therapy and offer our Client’s Employees a telephone helpline which is operated by experienced Clinicians who will provide a complete Case Summary and Risk Assessment.
Responsibilities:
Face to face and remote Counselling
Provide contracted counselling and manage own caseload
Minimum Requirements:
BACP/UKCP/NCS (or equivalent)
registered Counsellor
Level 4 Diploma qualification in Counselling
Minimum 450 hours
post-qualification, supervised client hours
IT Skills including proficiency using Microsoft Systems as well as electronic clinical record systems
Varied and diverse clinical experience to draw upon
For those who want to be a Critical Incident Responder, they need to be CISM trained

Fees will be agreed at recruitment stage. (Note payment terms are 30 days from the end of the month the case was closed in).
