Job Description Early Childhood Practitioner - PKC12191 £25,268 - £27,068 (Term-time only) Viewlands Primary School, Perth

We are looking for an enthusiastic, nurturing and innovative Early Childhood Practitioner to join our team at Viewlands.

Our Early Learning Centre currently has 24 pupils and is staffed by 3 Early Childhood Practitioners and 1 Play Assistant.

You will be joining a friendly and welcoming whole school community.

This year we are developing our approaches to outdoor learning through the introduction of Forest Kindergarten and looking at our approaches to wellbeing.

The Individual For the role of Early Childhood Practitioner, you should hold an appropriate qualification e.g. SNNEB, NNEB, HNC, SCQF level 7 equivalent or SVQ 3 in Childcare and Education or SVQ 3 Social Services (Children and Young People), as well as have the eligibility to register with SSSC.

We are looking for a qualified Early Childhood Practitioner who has experience working in an early years setting.

Having the ability to work in a team situation is essential, and a flexible approach to working with young children and parents is required.

The successful candidate will be friendly, approachable and nurturing with an understanding of meeting learners' needs.
