An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Early Intervention Service (EIS) Practitioner to join a dynamic NHS team based in South London. Full-time (Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:00) Key Responsibilities: Providing specialist support and care for individuals accessing the Early Intervention Service. Delivering evidence-based interventions to promote recovery and prevent relapse in service users experiencing first episodes of psychosis. Working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, service users, and their families to deliver person-centered care. Supporting service users to achieve positive outcomes, including reintegration into the community, employment, and education. Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with NHS standards and policies. Candidate Requirements: Prior experience in an Early Intervention Service (EIS) role is highly desirable. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with a diverse group of stakeholders. Ability to work autonomously and manage a varied caseload. A strong understanding of the challenges faced by individuals experiencing psychosis and the importance of early intervention. Relevant professional qualifications and registration with an appropriate body.
