Investing in future talent is so important to our business and our fabulous Early Talent Team are now on the lookout for an Advisor to join them on a 12 month fixed term contract, supporting the recruitment of our future generation of lawyers. Home-grown talent is at the heart of our recruitment strategy and as an Early Talent professional there is nothing more rewarding than being able to positively impact someone at the start of their career, whether that is a first step or a career change. Our Early Talent team are integral to identifying, developing and supporting our future generation of lawyers; working with schools to inspire young people to consider a legal career, recruiting our future trainee solicitors and working closely with them to support their development and wellbeing through to qualification. So what will you be doing? We're looking for someone who shares in our passion for recruiting the very best talent and you'll be doing this in a number of ways, including: Supporting the delivery of the early talent strategy, taking responsibility for the assessment and selection of our graduates and apprentices Developing key relationships at target universities, providing input into website, digital media and social media channels Attending candidate engagement events which may include delivering presentations, attending law fairs, hosting skills workshops and other outreach activities Designing and delivering assessment days across all of our office locations Taking the lead in keeping in touch with future trainees between acceptance of offer, working with the Early Development Manager on the preboarding programme Assisting with the seat and secondment rotation process in all locations Co-ordinating the newly qualified solicitor recruitment process To be successful in this role, you'll need as a minimum: At least one year's experience of working in an Early Talent team Proven experience of managing multiple priorities with completing deadlines Experience of building relationships with stakeholders at all levels
