ASA Training Ltd was established over 30 years ago. We have successfully delivered training and vocational qualifications to hundreds of learners and specialise in the delivery of Dental and Early Years apprenticeships. We are Ofsted rated Good, accredited to deliver nationally recognised qualifications through leading awarding bodies and have secured government funding contracts for our delivery. Our position in the sector is fortified thanks to our ability to maintain good standards of client and trainee satisfaction and uphold a high-quality service. It is preferred that applicants are qualified Assessors; however, training can be provided for the right candidate. They must have the relevant occupational experience required to support the development of their allocated apprentices within their workplace and facilitate the development of the essential knowledge, skills, and behaviours the apprenticeship standard requires. This position requires some observation in practice in addition to one-to-one assessment support via our e-portfolio system, plus training and teaching to support the apprentices to achieve their full qualification and prepare for their End Point Assessment. ASAT Ltd promotes a blended learning approach with their Apprentices, consisting of face-to-face support, remote support, online teaching and training materials, group training and teaching sessions. Promoting ASAT Ltd at all available opportunities Developing excellent client relationships Supporting learners undertaking the apprenticeship qualification Supporting learners to achieve the relevant skills, knowledge, and behaviours Supporting learners towards their End Point Assessment Observe, assess and review work of the apprentices Completing learners in a timely manner in line with KPI’s and targets Working to ASAT Ltd, ESFA, Ofsted and awarding body requirements Conduct tripart reviews with learners and employers Reporting learner progress and concerns to line manager Undertake and support learner inductions Attend regular standardisation training sessions and meetings Attend monthly management meetings To support, teach, mentor and motivate each apprentice Use the e-portfolio system – OneFile Work with and support members of the delivery team Mandatory Requirements

Qualified/unqualified (A1/CAVA) Qualified at level 3 early years required as minimum A valid driving licence – The successful applicant/s will be required to travel to a variety of locations as the business needs Competency and experience in childcare industry – at least 2+ years’ experience as a qualified nursery nurse is required GCSE Grade C or above (equivalent) in English IT Skills – Word, Excel, Outlook Job Type: Freelance, Full Time, Part-time considered Location: Various client locations/ ASAT Ltd Head Office/ remotely from home. Pay: £24,000.00-£28,000.00 per year Expected hours: 35 per week Schedule
