Overview: Early Years Assessor

This role is open to both qualified and unqualified assessors.
Location:
Home based with learners located in the Cambridgeshire area. Purpose of the Role:
As an Early Years Assessor, you will manage a caseload of Early Years apprenticeship learners (including Functional Skills), both remotely (via telephone, video, email) and through visits to the learner in their place of work. You will provide mentorship and coaching to the learner through to completion of their Early Years apprenticeship qualifications. Essentials: At least 3 years Early Years management experience UK driving license and use of own transport Home based - covering Cambridge and the surrounding area Salary and Expenses: £29.5k - £35k annual salary Gaining qualifications on the job, such as TAQA assessor qualification Full-time, permanent position 36 days annual leave, including bank holidays Outstanding employee benefits package including healthcare, gym membership, dental, life insurance, and more Home based and flexible working - manage your own diary Full travel expenses All necessary equipment including laptop and mobile phone Further career opportunities with a growing, high-quality training provider
