You’ll receive £7,000 worth of training absolutely free and be paid between £9.00 and £10.50 per hour, depending on your age and experience.
The floor-based Manager will mentor and support you as you learn the skills you need to launch your career as an early years professional.
You’ll work between 32 and 40 hours a week of which 20% is paid training time. You’ll be an important member of the team and contribute fully to the care and education of the children.

Getting to know the children and their individual developmental needs. You’ll develop a strong bond with the children and become an important part of their life.
Helping the children learn new skills and independence. You will be taught how to teach and you will be encouraged to use your new skills to engage with the children.
Planning the children’s activities. Our paperwork is kept to a minimum so you can spend time with the children.
