Children’s Links Nursery, Waddington, is a setting for children between the ages of 0-4 years old. We want to recruit for an exceptional Early Years Nursery Educator.
We are an established provider within the sector with a fantastic reputation for providing children with a positive and safe environment as they continue to grow. Children’s Links is a charity that gives an incredible amount of support to their staff team and offers development and progression opportunities.
The role:
Working alongside other members of the team to provide a safe and nurturing environment
Key working with an allocated group of children
Working closely with the management team to ensure the nursery maintains excellent standards
Building positive relationships with the children and parents/carers in the nursery
Recording children’s activity throughout the day
Providing relevant information to the parents of each child
Creating fun and meaningful experiences for the children, focusing on their development plans and interests
One day you might be sailing on the ocean whilst counting how many sea animals you can see, or you could be trekking through the undergrowth finding birds, bugs and beautiful bees - Whatever the adventure you are enjoying, PLAY is at the forefront of everything we do!
Could this be you?
Experience working within a childcare setting (Preferable)
Level 2 or 3 Diploma for The Early Years Workforce (Preferable)
Excellent interpersonal skills (Essential)
