As an Early Years Educator (Level 3), you'll hold a pivotal role in the growth and well-being of children aged 0-5 years. Responsibilities and Duties: Craft and execute engaging, age-appropriate activities to stimulate learning and development. Foster a safe, nurturing space where children can explore and flourish under your guidance. Forge meaningful connections with children, parents, and colleagues, fostering effective communication and collaboration. Monitor and evaluate children's progress meticulously, maintaining accurate records and sharing insightful observations with parents and caregivers. Uphold the highest standards of care, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and nursery policies. Requirements: Hold a Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education. Possess an unwavering passion for the holistic development of young children. Exhibit stellar communication, interpersonal, and teamwork prowess. Demonstrate an ability to connect with children and families from diverse backgrounds. Showcase a deep understanding of safeguarding principles and a proactive stance toward promoting child safety and well-being. Job Types:
