The Role:

As a Level 3 Early Years Educator, you will be responsible for: Supporting and nurturing children in line with the EYFS framework. Developing and delivering fun, engaging activities that promote learning through play and holistic development. Working closely with the key person approach to ensure each child's individual needs are met. Conducting regular observations, assessments, and planning to track each child's progress. Maintaining a safe, secure, and stimulating environment. Upholding high standards of safeguarding and ensuring the safety and welfare of all children. What an Early Years Educator needs: Level 3 Qualification in Early Years (such as CACHE Level 3). Excellent understanding of the EYFS and the ability to deliver it in a creative and engaging way.
