If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as an Early Years Educator. We are looking for team members who love to play, have a great imagination, are comfortable pretending to eat playdough and drinking endless amounts of pretend tea. You need to be able to read stories with enthusiasm and funny voices are a must with the ability to navigate the endless interruptions of ‘why’s’ from the children. At Inn Farm Private Day Nursery we are committed to providing a nurturing and stimulating environment where children can learn, play, and thrive. We are currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our dedicated team of professionals. Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality care and education to children in our nursery, aged 3 months to 4 years. Create a safe and supportive environment that promotes the physical, emotional, and cognitive development of each child. Plan and deliver age-appropriate activities, ensuring a balance between structured learning and free play. Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues, fostering a collaborative and inclusive atmosphere. Observe and assess children’s progress, maintaining accurate records and communicating their achievements to parents or guardians. Follow and implement safeguarding and health and safety policies at all times. Requirements:

For qualified nursery practitioners: Possess a recognised early childhood education qualification (e.g., NVQ, CACHE, or equivalent) or relevant teaching qualification. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with children, parents, and colleagues. A caring and compassionate nature, with the ability to provide individualised support to each child. Benefits:
