Provide high-quality care and education to children in our nursery, aged 3 months to 4 years. Create a safe and supportive environment that promotes the physical, emotional, and cognitive development of each child. Plan and deliver age-appropriate activities, ensuring a balance between structured learning and free play. Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues, fostering a collaborative and inclusive atmosphere. Observe and assess children’s progress, maintaining accurate records and communicating their achievements to parents or guardians. Follow and implement safeguarding and health and safety policies at all times. Requirements:
For qualified nursery practitioners: Possess a recognised early childhood education qualification (e.g., NVQ, CACHE, or equivalent) or relevant teaching qualification. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.
