EARLY YEARS Educators Level 3, full and part time roles

What will your daily activities look like? As an Educator Practitioner Level you inspire children under your care and collaborate with your team, ensuring a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment for everyone whilst working to the EYFS curriculum. Ensure the learning environment provides consistent stimulation and engaging activities for the children across indoor and outdoor areas. To work flexibly as part of the larger team, assisting and supporting colleagues wherever required to ensure the smooth running of the nursery. Develop a bond with your key children supporting colleagues to fulfil their key person responsibilities sensitively. Cooperate and work effectively with the team to positively promote policies and with the junior members of the team. Ensure child welfare, protection, health and safety and safeguarding procedures and policies are always followed. A concise job description will be shared at the interview stage.
