Early Years Educator , you will play a vital role in helping children develop essential skills through storytelling, hands-on activities, and interactive learning. Flexibility and creativity are key—you’ll need to adapt plans as the day unfolds while ensuring activities align with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) standards. Qualifications and Experience

Qualifications:

Level 2 or higher Early Years qualification is preferred, but we welcome applications from unqualified candidates who demonstrate passion, enthusiasm, and the right attitude. Experience:

Prior experience as an Early Years Educator or working with children under 5 is advantageous. Skills:

Knowledge of the EYFS framework, creativity in lesson planning, and a nurturing, positive outlook. Values:
