The successful candidate will be expected to hold (or be working towards) a minimum of a full and relevant Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education in line with DfE guidelines on ratios across the provision. We are looking for an individual who is able to promote the physical, emotional, intellectual and social development of every child within our nursery. Duties include: - To provide a high standard of physical, emotional, social and intellectual care for children placed in the setting - To work as part of a team, providing an enabling environment in which all individual children can play, develop and learn - To build and maintain strong partnerships, working with parents to ensure their child's/children's needs are met. The main building itself offers a fully equipped curriculum kitchen for pupil use, a beautiful library, outbreak areas for interventions, a music and drama room and very well-resourced nursery rooms and primary classrooms. All our staff have an excellent work ethic and deliver high quality learning opportunities for our polite and eager-to-learn children. We have a caring, family ethos coupled with high expectations and along with the Reach2 Academy Trust, we are able to provide high quality CPD for all who work here.
