Early Years Graduate Programme Full Time / Monday to Friday £25,385 - £28,482

per annum (dependant on location) Closing Date for Application - Friday 12th July 2024 By joining the Bright Horizons Early Years Graduate Programme, you’ll get the skills and real-world experience needed to become a future leader in early years. As a graduate at Bright Horizons, you will be joining our fantastic nursery teams, where you will get the opportunity to shadow our early years specialists, learning from our experienced nursery managers and teachers, and spend time visiting other Bright Horizons nurseries. Year 1 will be work-based, where you will complete the Bright Horizons Future Leaders Programme, with Year 2 allowing you to specialise further, either developing leadership skills and knowledge through the Deputy Managers Development Programme, or by developing your pedagogical leadership through gaining your Early Years Teacher Status (EYTS). Once you’ve completed your training, you’ll be ready to graduate into a management or teaching role. What you’ll be doing

Working as part of a nursery team looking after babies and children up to the age of 5. Provide a caring and supporting environment where the children feel safe and looked after. Creating play and learning opportunities that support the children’s learning. Through your hands-on learning and on-the-job training, complete tasks for your qualification/talent programme. Development interventions and rotational placements to fast track your development into leadership roles. Working together with the Grad Programme cohort to deliver projects around your learning. What we can offer you

Our benefits include, but are not limited to: Above industry standard salary, with annual salary reviews. Employee Appreciation throughout the year including our annual Awards of Excellence galas. Financial support through early access to wages, low-interest debt consolidation loans, and a wide variety of discounts across high street brands, travel, utilities, and days out. Smart Health access, including 24/7 access to Virtual GP appointments, fitness programmes, and mental health support. Development programme access for every stage of your career, tailored to your individual journey, with opportunities across our network of nurseries. What we’re looking for

BA Hons Degree preferably in Early Years/Childhood Studies or similar. GCSEs in Maths and English grade 4 or above, or Functional Skills Level 2. A genuine interest in working with children. A passion for helping children learn and wanting to make a difference in their lives. Commitment to completing the 2-year Graduate Programme. Understanding and empathy towards children. Desire to learn. Able to start in September 2024. We look forward to receiving your application!
