A large and thriving nursery in Peacehaven is seeking an experienced and passionate Early Years Lead to join their dynamic team on a full-time basis. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) provision, ensuring high standards of care, education, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of Early Years practitioners, providing guidance and support to maintain high-quality care and learning. Oversee the planning, implementation, and assessment of the EYFS curriculum in line with current practices. Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children to thrive in. Monitor and evaluate children's progress, providing feedback to parents and carers. Foster a positive, collaborative working environment, encouraging professional development. Ensure compliance with nursery policies, safeguarding procedures, and health & safety regulations.

Key Requirements: A recognised qualification in Early Years education (Level 3 or above). Previous experience in an Early Years setting, with leadership experience preferred. Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and child development. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Passion for working with young children and commitment to their well-being and development.
