The role: We have exciting positions for full time Relief Team Members at our Outstanding Ofsted rated nurseries across Essex and Hertfordshire! Join our brilliant team and make a real difference to the lives of young children. Typical shifts are between 8am - 5pm, or 9am - 6pm. We ensure all new team members have the support and training they need by providing a dedicated mentor who guides them through their first few months with Seymour House. Many of our Relief Team members can experience working in multiple locations and are passionate and enthusiastic about giving each child opportunities to learn and develop every day, encouraging them to reach their full potential. This highly rewarding role provides the ideal opportunity for our Relief Team members to make a real difference to the children in our care and their families. Requirements: You will be required to undertake an enhanced DBS check, funded by Seymour House, to share in our commitment to safeguarding children. An enhanced check is completed and regularly updated through the Disclosure and Barring Service. This post is classed as having a high degree of contact with children and is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974.
