Early Years Officer An opportunity has arisen for two temporary Early Years Officers to join the large team at Kinnaird Waters ELC Centre to cover maternity leave. You will have skills, knowledge and experience of all current Early Learning and Childcare provision and procedures and have a passion for promoting and delivering high quality play and learning both indoors and outdoors. You will work as an effective team member and establish positive relationships with children and families. You will have knowledge and experience of current early learning and childcare provision and procedures. With experience of working with children, you will have an HNC/SVQ Level 3 in Childcare or equivalent. You must be registered with or currently seeking registration with the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC). If you are the successful candidate, you will be required to gain/maintain PVG scheme membership. There are 2 positions available Post 1 –– Full Time, Term Time Temporary from 3 rd March until 30 th November 2025. Post 2 – Full Time, Full Year from 31 st March 2025 to 28 th February 2026. The ELC Centre is open from 8am to 6pm and you should be prepared to work a shift pattern between these hours.
