We are seeking a dedicated Early Years Educator to join our team, providing high-quality care and education to young children. The ideal candidate will have a passion for early childhood education and creating a nurturing learning environment.
Duties
Plan and deliver engaging activities suitable for young children Create a safe and stimulating environment for children to learn and play Support children's development through structured learning and play Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues Manage daily routines and activities within the nursery setting Demonstrate leadership skills in guiding and supervising children Drive continuous improvement in educational practices Requirements
Proficiency in English, both spoken and written Experience working with young children in a childcare or nursery setting Qualifications in Early Childhood Education or relevant field Strong communication skills to interact with children, parents, and staff Ability to demonstrate leadership qualities in an educational setting Pay : £11.44-£15.00 per hour Expected hours : 8 – 40 per week Benefits : Company events Company pension Employee discount Flexitime On-site parking Schedule : 10 hour shift 8 hour shift Day shift Monday to Friday Night shift Weekend availability Education : Certificate of Higher Education (preferred) Experience : Nursery: 1 year (preferred) Nursery experience: 1 year (preferred) Childcare: 1 year (preferred) Management: 1 year (preferred) Licence/Certification : Driving Licence (preferred) Work Location : On the road Reference ID : #678
