We are looking for Level 3 practitioners to join both our South Croydon and Central Croydon nursery. Kinderland South Croydon has been open since 1995 and we are now growing and opening a sister nursery in Central Croydon in January 2025. Using the EYFS to help children grow into the best little people they can be. Developing and maintaining professional relationships with parents and carers. Looking after every aspect of a child’s personal care needs each day. Creating and maintaining an innovative learning space where children can explore and learn every day. Promoting a healthy lifestyle for all children, encouraging and supporting them at meal and snack times. To be considered for the Early Years Practitioner role, you must have a relevant Level 3 childcare qualification and good knowledge of the EYFS. We have named persons within the nursery who take lead responsibility for safeguarding and coordinate child protection and welfare issues. There is always at least one designated person on duty during the opening hours of the setting. All applicants should be aware that a huge part of the role is ensuring children are continuously safeguarded from any harm. Any job offers will be subject to an enhanced DBS check, thorough referencing, an induction programme, and a 3-month probation period.
