Early Years Practitioner | £80-£100 per day | Nursery Class in a Primary School | Enfield, North London Are you a passionate and qualified Early Years Practitioner eager to make a difference in young children's lives? This full-time position offers the chance to contribute to a child's early development in a supportive school environment. Key Responsibilities for an Early Years Practitioner: Engage with Children: Deliver creative and age-appropriate activities that stimulate curiosity and foster early development. Provide Personal Care: Assist with routines such as snack times, toileting, and rest periods to ensure children feel supported and comfortable. Collaborate with Staff: Work alongside the nursery team and class teacher to create a positive and structured learning environment. Track Progress: Observe and document children's achievements and share feedback with the teaching team to help tailor their learning. Support Learning Plans: Help implement the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum through fun and interactive activities. What We're Looking For in an Early Years Practitioner: Relevant Qualifications: Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years is essential for the Early Year Practitioner. Experience in Early Years: Proven experience in a nursery, reception, or EYFS setting.
