Level 3 Early Years Practitioner - Full Time (4 Days per Week) Location: Horsforth, Leeds Salary: Competitive, with generous holiday entitlement Are you passionate about early years education? We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to work in our toddler room at our client's lovely nursery in Horsforth. As a Level 3 practitioner, you will play a key role in providing high-quality care and education for the children, ensuring that their individual needs are met while encouraging them to explore, learn, and grow. Key Responsibilities:

Plan, implement, and evaluate exciting, age-appropriate activities for toddlers that promote their development across all areas. Observe and assess children's progress, ensuring that their developmental milestones are met. Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for all children in your care. Build positive relationships with parents and provide regular updates on children's progress. Support the nursery team in maintaining a well-organised and engaging setting. Ensure the safeguarding and well-being of all children. About You:

Level 3 Early Years Qualification (or equivalent). Passionate about working with young children and helping them to reach their full potential. Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and child development. Enthusiastic, caring, and motivated to provide high-quality care and learning experiences. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Previous experience working in an early years setting, preferably with toddlers. What We Offer:
