GSL Education are excited to offer an Early Years Practitioner opportunity at a nurturing nursery in Hull.

As an Early Years Practitioner, you will play a key role in creating a stimulating and fun learning environment for children aged 3 to 5. Your responsibilities will include assisting in delivering interactive, hands-on lessons that encourage the development of key skills and social growth. You'll work alongside a supportive team, ensuring the well-being and development of all children under your care.

Responsibilities of the Early Years Practitioner:

Assist in delivering creative and engaging lessons for children aged 3-5 years. Promote social, emotional, and cognitive development in a safe and nurturing environment. Support children with individual learning needs to help them thrive. Create and maintain positive relationships with children, parents, and staff. Contribute to planning activities that stimulate curiosity and learning. Support the nursery in maintaining high standards of care and safety.

Requirements of the Early Years Practitioner: Level 2 childcare qualification or equivalent is required. A genuine passion for working with young children. Creative and engaging approach to teaching and learning. Ability to work effectively in a team and build strong relationships. Strong communication and organisational skills. Experience working in an early year's setting is desirable but not essential. Have an enhanced DBS registered to the Updated Service or be happy to apply for one with GSL Education.
