A primary school based in Northampton has an exciting opportunity for a Level 3 Qualified Early Years Practitioner to join their team. The school's preschool is passionate about providing a nurturing and stimulating environment where young children can explore, grow, and thrive. They are dedicated to fostering curiosity, creativity, and a love of learning during children's early years development. About the Role As a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner you will: Support the planning and delivery of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum. Work closely with the Early Years Teacher to create a safe, engaging, and inclusive environment. Assist in observing, assessing, and documenting children's progress, contributing to their individual learning journeys. Deliver targeted interventions to support children's development, including language, physical, social, and emotional skills. Build positive relationships with children, parents, and carers to support each child's unique needs. Encourage positive behaviour and promote independence in young learners. Help organize and maintain learning resources and the classroom environment. About You We are looking for someone who: Holds a Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or Childcare (or equivalent). Has experience working in an Early Years setting, with a strong understanding of the EYFS framework. Demonstrates a passion for working with young children and supporting their development. Is warm, patient, and caring, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Can work effectively as part of a team and show initiative when needed.
