We are seeking a passionate and experienced Early Years Practitioner to join our team and support children during their critical early development stages. Key Responsibilities: Plan and deliver engaging activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework to support children's physical, emotional, social, and intellectual development. Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment that encourages exploration and creativity. Monitor and record children's progress, identifying and addressing developmental milestones and needs. Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver high-quality childcare services. Build positive relationships with children, parents, and carers, ensuring effective communication and partnership working. Ensure compliance with safeguarding, health and safety, and data protection regulations. Support children's personal care needs, including feeding, changing, and hygiene, while promoting independence. Participate in team meetings, training, and professional development opportunities. Minimum Requirements: Previous experience is necessary.
