About the Role: We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Early Years Practitioner to join our vibrant and dynamic team. Key Responsibilities: Provide high-quality care and education to children in the early years setting. Plan and implement engaging activities that promote the physical, social, and emotional development of each child. Work collaboratively with parents, carers, and other professionals to ensure the best outcomes for children. Maintain a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment that meets the individual needs of all children. Observe and assess children’s progress, ensuring that all records are accurate and up-to-date. Foster a positive, supportive, and nurturing atmosphere that encourages children’s curiosity and love for learning. Requirements: Minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent. Proven experience working with young children in a nursery or early years setting. Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently. A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their development.
