Early Years Practitioner – Ware Are you passionate about hanging out with little ones and making a big impact on their early years? About the Role: As an Early Years Practitioner, you’ll be the superhero of the little ones, creating a fun and safe space for them to learn and grow. Key Responsibilities: Cook up awesome activities that’ll have the kiddos laughing and learning. Be a buddy to kids who need a little extra support, making sure everyone feels included. Hang out with parents and team members, sharing stories and making plans to help the kids shine. Keep an eye out for everyone’s safety and happiness, making sure every day is a blast! Requirements: Got qualifications in Early Years Education? Awesome! Experience with little ones in schools or nurseries? Even better! Know a thing or two about special needs? That’s the cherry on top! Great at chatting and making friends? You’re our kind of person! Ready to jump in and be part of an awesome team? Let’s do this!
