Bucks Pay range 1 £23,297- £24,223 FTE (Actual salary £16,927 - £17,600) with a Payment for Additional Duties of £2,000 per annum for Room Leaders

About us William Harding School is a four form entry primary school with a pre-school for pupils aged 2 upwards. We are a welcoming, inclusive community with a diverse mix of pupils which includes an Additional Resourced Provision for pupils with Speech and Language needs and Physical Disabilities. Even though we are a large school, we pride ourselves on our sense of belonging and strong relationships in our school community.

About you Successful applicants must:

Be passionate about EYFS, with a clear vision and understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage Curriculum

Be full of positive drive, energy, and initiative

Contribute to stimulating, interactive, child-centered indoor and outdoor environments that enrich and enhance provision and enable independence

Use observations and any other relevant information to identify any children in the setting who are underachieving and ensure this is shared with practice leaders

Communicate effectively with pupils, staff, parents, governors, and the wider community

Be a positive role model for all pupils
