The successful candidate will: Be enthusiastic, creative and committed to giving our young children the very best start in life. Have experience of working with children 0-5 in an early years setting or school. Have a calm, confident and patient manner. Be a good communicator with the ability to work closely with families and outside agencies. Be flexible and able to work effectively as a key member of a class team. Promote the federation’s vision, ethos and high expectations.
