Due to our nursery growth, we are looking for qualified or part qualified Early Years Practitioners to join us on a zero hour contract to provide support to our Bridgwater nursery. This is an ideal opportunity for those who cannot commit to permanent hours or are looking for flexibility with their hours. Job Description

Early Years Practitioner Do you share a passion for working in Early Years and would you like to be part of our fun, enthusiastic and motivated team? Would you like to join us in guiding, nurturing and developing our children to the highest level of development? We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our childcare provision at Little Adventures Nursery. Key Responsibilities

Ensure that all children in our care receive the highest possible standard of childcare and professional practice within the nursery. Follow the safeguarding policy and understand that we are a company for whom child protection is very important. Skills, Experience & Qualifications

A confident individual who is committed to providing the best quality opportunities to children, young people, and the community. Empathy for and enjoyment of working with children. Working knowledge of effective safeguarding practice. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Level 2 or above relevant childcare qualification, or working towards. Willingness to engage in training and reflect on their own development. Understanding that everyone is different and ensuring everyone who uses our services is respected and given the best experience. Self-motivated, flexible, and solution-focused approach. Ability to keep calm under pressure and in challenging situations. Ability to provide support and guidance whilst promoting learning and respect. Little Adventures is committed to Safer Recruitment; therefore, this role is subject to an Enhanced DBS check and at least 2 satisfactory references. Job Types
