We are looking for Early Years Practitioners (Qualified/ Unqualified) to join our lovely day nursery in Shurlock Row (RG10 0PX) with full time or part time roles available. Our nursery is rural with a meadow, forest school, and ample outside classroom space. Our curriculum and ethos are about outdoor play so if you do come to work for Wise Owls, please know you will be working outside in our lovely open spaces. About Wise Owls Childcare Wise Owls Childcare is a leading provider of childcare services in the Maidenhead and Reading area for children aged 8 weeks – 14 years. We operate two Breakfast Clubs, three Afterschool Clubs, and three Day Nurseries. Our main aim as a company is to ensure the children are cared for in a safe, happy, and stimulating environment. In this role you will: Develop and maintain meaningful relationships with children, their families, and your team. Implement fun and engaging learning activities for children. Document and share the learning and development of your key children with their families. Continuously learn and grow through meaningful training & development opportunities. Full time and part time positions available, shifts vary between 7.45 am – 6.15 pm. The ideal candidate is: Loyal, passionate, and enthusiastic and has the desire to bring new ideas for high-quality learning experiences. Patient, friendly, and an excellent team player. Passionate about supporting and encouraging children to explore the world around them. Someone who enjoys spending time outdoors. Someone who aspires to learn and grow. Safeguarding We are committed to safeguarding all children and therefore all applicants will undergo safeguarding training and need to undertake a DBS check paid for by the company.
