An Early Years Practitioner is required for an Outstanding Early Years Provision in the Sunderland area who are looking to expand this year. This full-time role is to start as soon as possible and will be ongoing, long term. For the right candidate, this role may become permanent. This Early Years Practitioner role is to support the teaching of Nursery-aged pupils, so knowledge of the Early Years Curriculum and assessment is essential. The hours of work would be term time only, Monday to Friday, and either 8am to 4pm or 8.30am to 4.30pm. This lovely school is mixed sex and has supportive and friendly staff and managers. The ideal Early Years Practitioner candidate would:

Have a passion for supporting the teaching of children Have excellent subject knowledge of the Early Years Curriculum Have had experience of planning and assessment Be able to organise themselves Be able to engage with children in a proactive way In addition, you must:

Provide two referees we can contact Have a DBS form or be prepared to obtain one Please note that the rate of pay will be dependent on the level of experience and qualifications achieved. To apply, please email your CV with no gaps in more than 3 months.
