Minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent. Proven experience working with young children in a nursery or early years setting. Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently. A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their development. Current DBS check (or willingness to obtain one). This is a permanent, full-time position with a competitive salary.
