Maintain a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment that meets the individual needs of all children. Observe and assess children's progress, ensuring that all records are accurate and up-to-date. Foster a positive, supportive, and nurturing atmosphere that encourages children's curiosity and love for learning. Minimum Requirements:
Minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent. Proven experience working with young children in a nursery or early years setting. Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently. A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their development. Current DBS check (or willingness to obtain one). This is a permanent, full-time position with a competitive salary.
