Our beautiful brand new Harbourside setting will be situated in a unique location on Hill Head harbour, with the Titchfield Haven Nature Reserve, a natural park with a rich natural habitat of rivers, marshlands, ponds, and extensive Solent coastline, literally right on our doorstep.
Our vision is to provide a learning environment that is the outside environment. You will be immersed in nature with the children exploring the magnificent shoreline at Hill Head and the amazing nature reserve on our doorstep. We are currently recruiting the following for our starting up team ready for the setting to open in May 2025:
Deputy Manager Room Leader Level 3 Practitioners Nursery Cook In this role, you need to have: Childcare experience and qualifications A particular interest in beaches, forests, or other natural learning environments Keen interests in the environment and sustainability Physical stamina and ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions, and engage in active play alongside children Some experience of Beach or Forest school learning - Full Time - Monday to Friday
- Salary Range: £24,107.20 - £35,360.00
