SANZA Teaching Agency are currently working with a delightful, 2-form entry primary school in Ealing who are seeking a teaching assistant in Early Years (Reception). The role will be supporting a student on a 1:1 basis who has Autism (ASD).
The school is located in Acton, with great transport links (District Line and Overground).
Role Responsibilities: Working with a child in Reception who has a diagnosis of Autism. The child is verbal.
We are looking for an Early Years Teaching Assistant who: Has previous experience as a Teaching Assistant (any age, but preferably within Early Years) Has experience with Autism/special needs (SEN) Is able to support pupils to achieve their best and independence Recognises the importance of the Early Years Foundation Stage Has excellent interpersonal skills and enjoys working with pupils, staff and parents Can contribute to a professional and committed team Has the essential skills needed to teach children Will bring enthusiasm and joy to the school each day
