Early Years Teaching Assistant Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant or Nursery Assistant looking for a new challenge? I am currently seeking an experienced Teaching Assistant, Learning Support Assistant, Nursery Assistant, or Nursery Nurse to join the Nursery of a Primary school in Barnsley, close to the Town centre. Initially, the position is for an ASAP start for the rest of the academic year with the potential for extension leading to a permanent contract for the right person. You will be working with an experienced Teacher and a friendly Early Years team to provide outstanding education and support to the newest additions to this fantastic Primary academy. You will need to have a good working knowledge of the Early Years Curriculum and experience in conducting observations and interventions ideally within Nursery or EYFS in a similar setting; however, the school is open to Teaching Assistants, Learning Support Assistants, Nursery Assistants, or Nursery Nurses. Ideally, this experience will be from your most recent employment as we will need to gain satisfactory references as well as a DBS registered to the online update service. In return, you will receive a competitive daily rate of pay depending on experience, as well as term-time working hours and an enjoyable and flexible working environment where your skills and experience will be appreciated.
