We are looking for dedicated and enthusiastic Early Years Teaching Assistants to join our dynamic primary school community in Bromley. This role is crucial in helping children with diverse learning needs thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. Key Responsibilities:

Morning Support: Provide tailored support to students with SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health) needs, including ADHD and self-harming behaviours. Inclusive Learning: Use your skills to create a nurturing and inclusive environment for all students. Collaborative Efforts: Work closely with teachers and SENCO to implement tailored support plans and interventions. Afternoon Flexibility: Offer crucial assistance across Key Stages 1 and 2, adapting to the needs of different age groups. Experience: Previous experience as a Nursery or Early Years Teaching Assistant or in a similar role is preferred. Proactivity and Resilience: A proactive, resilient individual who can uphold high standards and bring out the best in pupils. Expertise: Strong understanding of SEN, safeguarding, and child protection practices. Versatility: Ability to support with nappy changing and cater to individual special educational needs. Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently when required. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
