As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers to provide valuable support to pupils, enabling them to achieve their full potential. Your responsibilities will include: Providing individual or group support to students, both inside and outside the classroom. Promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment. Encouraging and motivating students to participate actively in their education. Assisting with classroom management and behaviour guidance. Helping to assess students' progress and providing feedback to teachers. Collaborating with colleagues to ensure the smooth running of the school. Benefits
