As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers to provide valuable support to pupils, enabling them to achieve their full potential. Your responsibilities will include: Providing individual or group support to students, both inside and outside the classroom. Promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment. Encouraging and motivating students to participate actively in their education. Assisting with classroom management and behaviour guidance.
