As an Early Years Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in creating a nurturing and empowering environment where every child can reach their full potential. £85 - £120 per day (PAYE or Umbrella) Sector:

Education and Training Key Responsibilities:

Support the class teacher in planning, preparing, and delivering engaging lessons tailored to the needs of EYFS students. Assist in maintaining classroom engagement by implementing effective management strategies. Help foster a safe, inclusive environment that promotes both social and academic development for all pupils. Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a smooth and structured learning experience aligned with the EYFS framework. Provide one-to-one or small group support to children with varied needs, ensuring every child receives personalized care and attention. Experience and Skills:

Previous experience in an EYFS or Early Years setting is essential. Passion for working with young learners and a commitment to their development. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Benefits of working with Academics:
