As an EYFS Teaching Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in the lives of young learners. You will work closely with children to provide a safe, stimulating, and enriching educational experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

Creating engaging and age-appropriate activities to promote learning and development Ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of all children in your care Building strong relationships with parents and caregivers to support each child's individual needs Maintaining accurate records of children's progress and development Collaborating with a dynamic team of educators to foster a positive learning environment

Key Requirements: A valid DBS check is preferred (although we can assist you in applying for one if needed) A recognised EYFS qualification (Level 2 or above) is highly desirable At least 2 professional references from previous employers in education or childcare settings Passion for working with young children and the ability to engage them in fun, educational activities A strong team player who is flexible, enthusiastic, and keen to contribute to the success of the school Experience supporting children in a classroom or early years setting is an advantage, but not essential
